Situated within the green surroundings of Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp. We are developing the final piece of the puzzle. Welcome to the Campus.
Park 20|20 is already home to both national and international companies like Bosch/Siemens, Sony and Swiss RE. But Park 20|20 is not yet complete. A special complex is still in development called ‘The Campus’. A brand new, prime office space that consists of five buildings, each with its own identity, that together form a natural whole. Stylish interiors, excellent catering facilities and smart technology for more comfort: everything about the Campus is state-of-the-art. Bubbling with creativity and a stone’s throw away from Amsterdam.
No passion without a heart. The passion for sustainable design is undeniable at the heart of the Campus, in the centre of the five buildings. Here, everything comes together. That can be seen clearly from the view from the top: the heart is a green oasis connected to every building.
The access routes are carefully positioned on the basis of the wind directions. They, together with the plants, provide harmony. The heart of the Campus is like a soft interior that is protected by a robust exterior in the shape of the five buildings. Perfect balance in a sustainable working environment.
The Campus is ideally situated
Daylight is healthy. Too little daylight makes you sluggish and tired. Windows are positioned in such a way to make optimum use of daylight. That literally gives energy and thus contributes to productivity. Awnings provide shelter on sunny days.
Natural and recycled materials are optimally used when building the Campus. This makes the buildings both sustainable and future-proof. Greywater is collected, purified and reused and many of the roofs have solar panels. Cradle to Cradle in the true sense.
From acoustics to climate control and from layout to accessibility: everything has been thought of to facilitate a pleasant working atmosphere. The air is continuously refreshed and the temperature remains comfortable whatever the season.
Collaboration starts with contact. The Campus offers plenty of room for discussion and co-creation. The design also encourages informal meetings, for example in the park or at one of the restaurants. The social element gives the complex colour and character.
Both the Campus and Park 20|20 offer an abundance of greenery. According to Public Health Reports immersing employees in nature significantly boosts health and well-being, productivity and performance. It also enhances creativity and innovation – and reduces stress.
